MOOYAH’s franchise support team is made up of industry pros who each have a wealth of experience growing with franchisees across the restaurant industry.
With over 20 years of experience, Doug uses his knowledge and skills to drive growth here at MOOYAH. Throughout his career, Doug has specialized in building iconic brands and creating sustainable sales growth in restaurants and consumer retail concepts. In addition to MOOYAH, Doug’s restaurant experience includes roles as Chief Brand Officer for Mongolian Concepts, Chief Marketing Officer at Wingstop and Director of National Marketing for Pizza Hut. Doug started his business career in consumer-packaged goods marketing at PepsiCo and Kraft Foods, and served 9 years as a Naval Aviator. When he is not busy being our fearless leader you might find him running marathons around the world!
Vice President of Operations
Beth Stockmoe, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at MOOYAH, boasts an impressive journey marked by her dedication and expertise in the restaurant industry. Prior to her current role, Beth was the Senior Director of Operations at MOOYAH for four years as an invaluable asset to the brand’s operations. In this capacity, she demonstrated exemplary leadership and oversaw key operational initiatives, such as the rollout of a new back-of-house system for franchise owners, which significantly contributed to the brand’s growth and success. As part of her current role, Beth oversees and manages the operations of all MOOYAH locations as well as assists new owners during their pre-opening process.
Vice President of Marketing
Sarah Morris is a seasoned marketing professional, currently holding the position of Vice President of Marketing at MOOYAH. With a robust background and a wealth of experience, Sarah brings a dynamic energy to the fast-paced and high-demand consumer industry. As a firm believer in the power of people and the influence of culture, Sarah has played a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategies at MOOYAH since joining us in 2022. Her approach goes beyond traditional marketing, emphasizing the importance of cultivating a strong brand culture that resonates with both employees and consumers alike. Before MOOYAH, Sarah served as the Chief Brand Officer for Main Event, Vice President of Marketing for Pizza Hut and the Chief Marketing Officer of Taco Bueno.
Vice President of Development & Ops Services
Gary Lisenbee is a distinguished professional with more than 15 years of expertise in the restaurant industry, currently holding the position of Vice President of Development & Ops Services at MOOYAH. In this role, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the organization, including leading the charge in various critical aspects of MOOYAH’s franchise development process. His responsibilities encompass overseeing franchisee discovery days, shepherding the franchisee through the development process, site selection assistance, and training leadership. His industry experience is instrumental in guiding potential partners toward a successful collaboration with the brand. Prior to MOOYAH, Gary served as the Director of Franchise Support and Development for Neighborhood Ventures, Senior Director of Operations Excellence for Mongolian Concepts, Regional Director of Franchise Development at Dickey’s Capital Group and Vice President of Operations at le Duff America.
Senior Director of Construction & Design
Landon Lane is MOOYAH’s Senior Director of Construction and Design. With a proven history of developing teams and adapting to evolving business models, Landon is an experienced professional in the commercial real estate field. His skills in negotiation, budgeting and partnership development make him a key player in shaping MOOYAH’s construction and design strategies. Landon ensures that projects are not only completed on time and within budget but are also aligned with the brand’s future growth goals. His straightforward and meticulous approach is reflected in the spaces MOOYAH creates, maintaining the high standards the brand is known for. Before joining the MOOYAH team, Landon served for fourteen years as a Pilot Flying Project Manager and three years as a Senior Construction Manager at Mapco.

Pam Parham is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Relations at MOOYAH. For more than 25 years, Pam has demonstrated her expertise in both the marketing and operational facets of the restaurant business, showcasing a versatile skillset that sets her apart in the industry. Her wealth of experience encompasses various roles on both the franchisor and franchisee side, including marketing, catering and operations, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies that drive success in the restaurant business. Pam’s 14-year tenure with MOOYAH, marked by her commitment to excellence and passion for the brand, play a crucial role in fostering strong connections with our franchisees and ensuring the brand’s continued growth and success in a competitive segment.
