New franchisees receive extensive training both virtually and in a restaurant during the franchisee onboarding process, and we apply best practices onsite during training in their markets.

MOOYAH’s franchise support team is made up of industry pros who each have a wealth of experience growing with franchisees across the restaurant industry.

Michael Meche

President of MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes

Michael Meche is a senior executive with over thirty years in the restaurant industry and a proven track record of success. Meche is values driven with servant leadership embedded in his management style. The journey began at Papa John’s Pizza where he started as an hourly team member in high school. In 3 decades, Meche relocated 13 times, opening new restaurants and improving struggling markets through process and culture. Michael served in key positions leading all 3,000+ restaurants in North America and Canada including the 600+ company restaurants and joint ventures.  Meche is laser focused on the fundamentals executing best-in-class franchise support, restaurant profitability, customer experience, new unit growth, and team member development. Meche also served as Chief Restaurant Officer for Capriotti’s and Wing Zone for two years leading the emerging brands centered around quality, support, and development.

Michael has been married to his wife Lauren for 17 years and has two amazing daughters. He enjoys being a “girl dad” spending time with them and all their activities.

Anand Gala

Chairman and CEO

Anand Gala is the Chairman of Gala Capital Partners, LLC, a diversified investment and holding company with interests in chain restaurants, software & technology, real estate development, franchising and public equity investment. Gala’s experience in the restaurant industry started from an early age as he learned nearly every facet of his family’s Jack in the Box business from customer service to working the grill, managing shifts and much more. Utilizing his experiences as a franchisee with Applebee’s and Del Taco at the age of 25, Gala serves in several leadership roles for brands such as Dunn Bros Coffee, Rusty Taco and formerly Cicis Pizza. As Chairman and CEO of MOOYAH, his core focus is supporting franchise owners’ growth.

Beth Stockmoe

Vice President of Operations

Beth Stockmoe, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at MOOYAH, boasts an impressive journey marked by her dedication and expertise in the restaurant industry. Prior to her current role, Beth was the Senior Director of Operations at MOOYAH for four years as an invaluable asset to the brand’s operations. In this capacity, she demonstrated exemplary leadership and oversaw key operational initiatives, such as the rollout of a new back-of-house system for franchise owners, which significantly contributed to the brand’s growth and success. As part of her current role, Beth oversees and manages the operations of all MOOYAH locations as well as assists new owners during their pre-opening process.

Gary Lisenbee

Vice President of Development & Ops Services

Gary Lisenbee is a distinguished professional with more than 15 years of expertise in the restaurant industry, currently holding the position of Vice President of Development & Ops Services at MOOYAH. In this role, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the organization, including leading the charge in various critical aspects of MOOYAH’s franchise development process. His responsibilities encompass overseeing franchisee discovery days, shepherding the franchisee through the development process, site selection assistance, and training leadership. His industry experience is instrumental in guiding potential partners toward a successful collaboration with the brand. Prior to MOOYAH, Gary served as the Director of Franchise Support and Development for Neighborhood Ventures, Senior Director of Operations Excellence for Mongolian Concepts, Regional Director of Franchise Development at Dickey’s Capital Group and Vice President of Operations at le Duff America.

Pam Parham

Director of Franchise Partnerships at MOOYAH and Gala Capital Partners

Pam Parham is a seasoned professional in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Relations at MOOYAH. For more than 25 years, Pam has demonstrated her expertise in both the marketing and operational facets of the restaurant business, showcasing a versatile skillset that sets her apart in the industry. Her wealth of experience encompasses various roles on both the franchisor and franchisee side, including marketing, catering and operations, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies that drive success in the restaurant business. Pam’s long tenure with MOOYAH, marked by her commitment to excellence and passion for the brand, play a crucial role in fostering strong connections with our franchisees and ensuring the brand’s continued growth and success in a competitive segment.

Scott Jeter

Vice President of Marketing

Scott Jeter is a seasoned professional in design and construction with over 20 years of experience. With a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to his work, Scott leads teams with confidence backed by his extensive skill set. As an Air Force veteran, Scott began his career in the armed forces as a technician. Prior to joining Gala Capital Partners, Scott worked for seven years at Black Bear Diner, a fast-growing, full-service, family-style restaurant chain. As Director of Construction, Scott managed the development of more than 80 restaurants across the country. Scott’s broad expertise, leadership, and project management skills support his dedication to brand growth and team development.
